George Tahija has served on the Board of Commissioners of ANJ since December 2012, after more than 20 years overseeing ANJ as the President Director.
Mr. Tahija serves as a member of the Board of Trustees, Darden School, University of Virginia, the Board of Supervisors of Endeavor Indonesia, Founder and Chairman of the Coral Triangle Center (CTC). Based in Bali, Indonesia, CTC is a foundation that provides field training to local stakeholders in specific marine protected areas shared among six nations. He is a founding member of PSKD Mandiri School, Jakarta, Indonesia, member of The Nature Conservancy (TNC) Indonesia Chapter Advisory Board and the TNC Asia Pacific Council, the Board of Trustees of the Asia Business Council (ABC), Global Executive MBA Advisory Board, the Darden School, University of Virginia, and the Young President’s Organization (YPO) Indonesia Chapter.
Mr. Tahija holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Trisakti University, Indonesia, and an MBA from the Darden School, University of Virginia, USA.

Harun Hajadi is the Managing Director of Ciputra Group, one of the leading diversified property developers in Indonesia, which specializes in large scale integrated development projects combining housing, commercial and recreational centers and mixed use developments including hotel, shopping mall and office complexes. He is the President Director of PT Ciputra Surya Tbk, a public listed company under Ciputra Group established in 1989, which develops and operates 18 (eighteen) projects in various cities in Java, Sumatera, Bali and Sulawesi, Indonesia including residential, apartments, shopping centre, hotel, office tower, golf course, waterpark, school and university. He is also serving as Director in PT Ciputra Development Tbk. and PT Ciputra Property Tbk., 2 other public listed companies under Ciputra Group.
He graduated from University of California, Berkeley, USA in 1985 majoring in Architecture and earned his MBA degree in Business Administration of Finance and Real Estate from University of Southern California, Los Angeles, USA in 1988.
He serves as member of Board of Guidance of Educational Foundations under Ciputra Group as follows – Citra Kristus Foundation, Citra Kasih Foundation, Ir. Ciputra Education Foundation and Ciputra Entrepreneur Foundation engaged in the education and universities in Jakarta and Surabaya, Indonesia; and member of Board of Supervisory of Ciputra Spirit Foundation engaged in Arts & Culture. He also serves as member of Council of Active Founders of Green Building Council Indonesia from 2009 until present.

Mr. Masrin is currently the President Director/CEO of Caturkarsa Megatunggal (CM). CM is a family business holding company diversified across several industries that include: Chemicals, Mining, Fuel distribution and Supply Chain/Logistics businesses. Mr Masrin also currently holds several board positions in companies worldwide. He travels quite extensively within the Asia Pacific region (China, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, etc) and regularly to Europe and US.
Prior to 2007, Mr. Masrin was the Managing director of PT Lautan Luas, Tbk (LTL), a manufacturer and distributor of specialty/commodity industrial chemicals. He was at LTL since 1990 and was one of the key driving force in taking LTL public in 1997, transforming it from a family run enterprise to a professionally managed company.
Aside from business, Mr. Masrin is also the Chairman of the Board for Habitat for Humanity Indonesia. He started his involvement with Habitat since the asia tsunami of 2004/5. Over the last 5 years, Habitat for Humanity Indonesia has served over 20,000 families throughout Indonesia.
Mr. Masrin holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma. He went on to complete a master’s degree in international management from The American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in 1987.

Prior to Maloekoe Ventures, Brandon worked at Xander Investment Management where he managed the fund operations aspect of the firm, from reviewing full sets of accounts from in-house and out-sourced administrators to coordination and point of contact for statutory audit and tax reporting.
Prior to Xander Investment Management, Brandon worked at SS&C GlobeOp where he managed multiple funds focusing on the fund accounting, audit, tax and administrative services to multiple private equity firms.
Graduated with Bachelor of Accounting and Finance (First Class Honours, Bronze award) from University of London (Singapore Institute of Management)
